Source Data Layer
Source Viewer
The raw material beneath every laboratory: registered sources, acquisition events,
frozen pools, and the raw data atoms — with the provenance chain and the interpretation bridges around
each item. Open it before trusting any lab result, to see what material existed, when it was
acquired, how the pool was bounded, what failed to resolve, what was sampled, and only then how it was read.
rule 0
Never present an interpretation as a source fact. A Source Atom is what was received/recorded —
nothing a model or researcher inferred. Machine selection/observation is shown as a traceable bridge,
never merged into the raw item. Failure is visible: an unresolved join or a failed media fetch is a
queryable state, never hidden.
