source exhausted — every item of the programme's episode has aired (grounded) and the programme declares `on_exhausted: stand_by`, so it stands by rather than re-air an old item as new. No model call is made. The cure is authoring — add items to the episode Set — not a retry. A programme that reads on (`on_exhausted: wrap`) never stops for this: it takes the least recently aired item.
