Dark Nebulae

The dark rifts in the Milky Way are not empty but full: clouds of dust in the galactic plane that block the starlight behind them. The peoples who drew their constellations in the DARK — the Aboriginal Emu, the Inca dark Llama — were tracing the real dust-lanes of our galaxy, reading structure no telescope yet named.
