Marimo Pair lets an AI agent enter a running reactive Python notebook and work inside the same computational environment as a human researcher. The agent can inspect program state, execute code in a scratch area, observe outputs, modify the notebook, and receive feedback from the live computation rather than operating only from a static copy of the source.
